Marea Inc. is a Canadian HCM System Consulting company based in Alberta, comprised of 4 senior HCM Functional Analysts, each with almost 20 years of experience operating and implementing HR and Payroll systems (specializing in Oracle EBS and Oracle HCM Cloud). This is our love and passion. 📈🟢🌠
We are functional experts in the Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Advanced Benefits and Absence modules in Oracle HCM. Also, we have tested complex HCM integrations with third party systems, such as ServiceNow, UKG, Active Directory and with various external Benefit Providers.
Marea Inc. provides hands-on functional testing to supplement and add short-term capacity to internal HR and Payroll teams during a system implementation. We work alongside project-dedicated SMEs and module teams to perform the heavy lifting of testing, data conversion clean-up and validation, and the one-time cutover activities needed during the crunch time of go-live.
While internal resources need to keep the legacy payroll and business operations running, we provide support to your HCM project to keep it on-track.

- Test data entry to stage unit testing and/or end-to-end test scenarios

- Preparation of end user documentation, including process maps, standards of work and quick reference guides
